Daniel was an orphan and was taken to a foreign country as an adolescent, or teenager. He received a full-ride scholarship at the top university in the land and graduated at the top of his class with a double major: political science and religion. He probably received a government position immediately following college, but soon he was sidelined because of his religious convictions. Later, through a strange set of events, he was reinstated into the government at a federal level. Eventually he served under three world rulers, holding the position of prime minister under the first and the third. He was known for his winsome personality, sharp administrative skills, unparalleled negotiating abilities, and incredible unchanging consistency. He was best known, however, for adhering to his absolutes in the very gray world in which he lived.
